STUDENT POSTER AWARD 2025

The EAPL-S will be awarding a student poster award (100 €) to the best student poster during this year’s EAPL 2025 conference in Vilnius, Lithuania.

To be considered for a student poster award, you have to:

  • Present a poster at the EAPL 2025,
  • Be the first author of the presented study,
  • Be either a Bachelor’s student, Master’s student or PhD student,
  • Be a member of the EAPL (become a member here),
  • Submit a PDF of your

In order to apply for a student poster award, you will have to submit the following documents:

  • Abstract acceptance: The acceptance of your abstract for a poster at the EAPL 2025 conference including the information that you are the first author of the presented study,
  • Abstract: The abstract that was accepted for a poster,
  • Proof of enrolment: A proof of enrolment as a Bachelor’s student, Master’s student or PhD student.
  • Poster: Your poster as a PDF file.

Submit the required documents by sending an e-mail to eaplstudent@gmail.com by July 20th, 2025.

The awards are based on reviewer evaluations; the student with the highest reviewed submissions receives the poster award. The form below will be used by the EAPL early-career representatives to evaluate the content and design of the poster. The two board members will independently review each submitted poster. The winner of the student poster award will be announced before the conference on August 2nd, 2025 to ensure that conference attendees have a chance to attend the presentation of the outstanding awarded student poster.

STUDENT PRESENTATION AWARDS 2025

The EAPL-S will be awarding student presentation awards to the three most innovative, outstanding and well- presented student presentations (200 €, 100 € and 50 €, respectively) during this year’s EAPL 2025 conference in Vilnius, Lithuania.

To be considered for one of these presentation awards, you have to:

  • Orally present your work at the EAPL 2025,
  • Be the first author of the presented study,
  • Be either a Bachelor’s student, Master’s student or PhD student,
  • Be a member of the EAPL (become a member here),
  • Submit a pre-recording of your presentation,.

In order to apply for the presentation awards you will have to submit the following documents:

  • Abstract acceptance: The acceptance of your abstract for an oral presentation or a presentation within a symposium at the EAPL 2025 conference including the information that you are the first author of the presented study,
  • Abstract: The abstract that was accepted as oral presentation or presentation within a symposium,
  • Proof of enrolment: A proof of enrolment as a Bachelor’s student, Master’s student or PhD
  • Pre-recording: A pre-recording of your presentation preferably as MP4, MOV, WMV or AVI The time limit for oral presentations during the conference also applies to the pre-recordings. The evaluation (see below) will be based on this submitted pre-recording.
