Registration and Payment Information

Registration procedure and online form will be soon available here. 

Conference registration fee includes:

  • Participation in the conference and scientific sessions (not workshops)
  • Welcome reception
  • Coffee breaks
  • Presentation of maximum two abstracts as a main author
  • Digital Abstract Book
  • Conference certificate

 Accompanying person fee includes:

  • Welcome reception
  • Guided City Tour (min. 10 people)

Please note that with the EAPL membership, you are entitled to a reduced fee. Read how to become a member of the EAPL here!

For authors only: please note that the registration to the abstract submission platform is not a registration to the Conference. In order to attend the Conference and present the accepted abstract, all authors are strongly recommended to register and pay the conference fee by 1 June 2025. 

Registration ONLINE is available HERE. 

Please note that the registration form and the abstract submission form are separate and must be completed individually. However, the login details remain the same for both forms. For example, if you first register through the abstract submission form, you can use the same login credentials for the registration form, and vice versa.


Refund and cancellation policy

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing to the Conference secretariat by e-mail info@eapl2025.com and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations received by 1 June 2025 – full refund available with 20% administrative fee deducted.
  • Cancellations received from 2 June 2025 until 5 July 2025 – 50% of paid registration fees will be refunded.
  • Registrations cancelled from 6 July 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.

Ways of payment

Online by credit card

The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (VISA, Eurocard and MasterCard) are accepted. Upon completion of the online registration and payment, you will receive an invoice / receipt by email. The registration fee is deducted from your credit card immediately after your purchase.

By bank transfer

The bank details are on the registration page after you choose the payment method of bank transfer. Please make sure to transfer the registration fees to this bank account within 14 days of registering. Your registration is only confirmed once the fees are fully received.

Important! Please indicate EAPL 2025 and the delegate’s full name and surname in the subject of the bank transfer. The payment can be made on behalf of the participant, however, do not forget to indicate the name and surname of the participant who will be attending the conference.
